Thanks for taking a look at my web site. I'm located in Cranbrook, British Columbia, Canada. Cranbrook is located in a beautiful valley on the western slopes of the Rocky Mountains. The East Kootenay's are in the SE corner of British Columbia. Cranbrook is located 200 miles NE of Spokane Washington, 135 miles NW of Kalispell Montana and 250 miles SW of Calgary Alberta.

I am a current member of the British Columbia Real Estate Institute, Appraisal Institute of Canada, Canadian Real Estate Association, British Columbia Real Estate Association and the Kootenay Real Estate Board.

I have had the privilage of serving as President of the Kootenay Real Estate Board, Director of the British Columbia Real Estate Association, Member of the Board and Adjudicator of the Property Assessment Appeal Board for the Province of British Columbia and a Member of the Board of Governor's for the East Kootenay Community College (College of the Rockies).

I have been engaged in the real estate industry since 1979. My work experience has included owning and managing a real estate and insurance firm with several offices. I am now an independent residential fee appraiser and consultant doing business as Pat Conroy Appraisals and a licensed REALTOR with Blue Sky Realty.
